7. Equipment Rental Terms

  • All rented equipment remains the property of CoapChain.

  • The renter is responsible for proper usage, daily maintenance, and return of the equipment in good condition.

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or non-compliance with safety standards will be charged to the customer.

  • Rentals may require a refundable security deposit.

8. Warranties and Liability

  • CoapChain provides limited warranty coverage on new machinery and parts as per manufacturer terms.

  • CoapChain is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product misuse, modification, or neglect.

  • All equipment should be operated by trained and authorized personnel.

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, are the property of CoapChain Heavy Equipment Trading LLC.

2. نطاق الخدمات

تقدم كوبتشين خدمات بيع وتأجير وصيانة المعدات الثقيلة وقطع الغيار والخدمات الكهربائية والميكانيكية ذات الصلة داخل دولة الإمارات وخارجها وفق القوانين السارية.

3. استخدام الموقع الإلكتروني

  • يجب استخدام الموقع لأغراض قانونية فقط وبطريقة لا تضر بحقوق الآخرين.

  • يُمنع محاولة اختراق أو تعطيل وظائف الموقع.

  • تحتفظ كوبتشين بحق إيقاف أو إنهاء وصول أي مستخدم يخالف هذه الشروط.

4. الأسعار والدفع

  • جميع الأسعار بالدرهم الإماراتي وقابلة للتغيير دون إشعار مسبق.

  • يتم الدفع عبر القنوات المعتمدة فقط.

  • يعتبر الطلب مؤكدًا بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح.

  • في حال فشل الدفع، يحق للشركة إلغاء الطلب.

5. التوصيل والشحن

  • تختلف مواعيد التوصيل حسب توفر المنتجات وموقع العميل.

  • قد تُفرض رسوم توصيل إضافية.

  • لا تتحمل كوبتشين مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن عوامل خارجة عن إرادتها.

6. الإرجاع والاسترداد

تُطبق سياسة الإرجاع والاسترداد الخاصة بنا على جميع المشتريات والإيجارات.
يتم الاسترداد فقط في حال وجود عيب مصنعي أو خطأ مثبت.

7. شروط الإيجار

  • تظل المعدات المؤجرة مملوكة لشركة كوبتشين.

  • يتحمل المستأجر مسؤولية الاستخدام السليم والصيانة اليومية.

  • يتحمل المستأجر تكاليف أي ضرر ناتج عن الإهمال أو الاستخدام الخاطئ.

  • قد يُطلب دفع تأمين قابل للاسترداد.

8. الضمان والمسؤولية

  • توفر كوبتشين ضمانًا محدودًا على المعدات الجديدة وفقًا لشروط المصنع.

  • لا تتحمل الشركة أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو ناتجة عن سوء الاستخدام.

  • يجب تشغيل المعدات من قبل أشخاص مؤهلين فقط.

9. الملكية الفكرية

جميع محتويات الموقع (النصوص، الصور، الشعارات، الوصف) ملك لشركة كوبتشين.
يُمنع نسخها أو تعديلها دون إذن خطي مسبق.

10. الخصوصية

تُعالج بياناتك الشخصية وفقًا لسياسة الخصوصية الخاصة بنا وبما يتوافق مع القانون الاتحادي رقم 45 لسنة 2021 بشأن حماية البيانات الشخصية.

11. القانون والاختصاص القضائي

تخضع هذه الشروط لأحكام قوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.
وتكون محاكم دبي هي الجهة المختصة حصرياً بالنظر في أي نزاع.
