This Return & Refund Policy explains how CoapChain handles returns, replacements, and refunds for all goods and services sold through our website, showroom, and authorised agents within the UAE.
Returns are accepted only for items that are defective, damaged, or not as described at the time of delivery or purchase.
Goods must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid invoice.
For machinery or electrical components (e.g., forklifts, batteries, sensors, controllers), products must not show signs of installation or use to qualify for a refund or replacement.
Custom-ordered or specially fabricated parts are non-returnable, except in cases of proven defect.
Customers must report any issue within 1 day of receiving the product.
After inspection, CoapChain will offer repair, replacement, or refund as per UAE Consumer Protection Law.
Refunds are usually processed within 10–14 working days after approval.
Approved refunds will be made using the original payment method (card/bank transfer) or via store credit if the customer agrees.
Cash refunds are provided only for purchases made in cash and verified through official receipts.
Used machinery or equipment after delivery and acceptance.
Spare parts damaged due to incorrect installation or misuse.
Electrical or electronic components once opened or installed.
Items sold as “Clearance” or “Final Sale.”
All returned items are subject to technical inspection.
If the product is found to be tampered with or misused, the refund or exchange request will be rejected.
If a rental or service is cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled time, no fee will apply.
If cancellation occurs less than 24 hours before the scheduled start, a 25 % service fee will be deducted.
If service is started but not completed due to customer’s request, charges for completed work will be applied.
Most CoapChain products include a limited warranty covering manufacturer defects.
Warranty coverage does not include damage from improper use, lack of maintenance, or external causes.
This policy operates in accordance with UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection.
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights as a UAE consumer.
توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل كوبتشين مع الإرجاع والاستبدال والاسترداد لجميع السلع والخدمات المباعة عبر موقعنا الإلكتروني أو معارضنا أو وكلائنا المعتمدين داخل دولة الإمارات.
تُقبل الإرجاعات فقط للسلع التي تحتوي على عيب أو تلف أو وصف غير مطابق عند التسليم.
يجب أن تكون السلع غير مستخدمة وفي تغليفها الأصلي ومرفقة بـ فاتورة صحيحة.
بالنسبة للآلات أو المكوّنات الكهربائية، يجب ألا تظهر علامات تركيب أو تشغيل.
الطلبات الخاصة أو الأجزاء المصنّعة حسب الطلب غير قابلة للإرجاع إلا في حالة وجود عيب مصنعي.
يجب الإبلاغ عن المشكلة خلال 7 أيام من استلام المنتج.
بعد الفحص، ستقدم كوبتشين إصلاحاً أو استبدالاً أو استرداداً وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك الإماراتي.
يتم تنفيذ الاسترداد خلال 10 إلى 14 يوماً عمل بعد الموافقة.
يتم الاسترداد بنفس طريقة الدفع الأصلية أو عن طريق رصيد المتجر بموافقة العميل.
الاسترداد النقدي متاح فقط للمشتريات النقدية وبوجود إيصال رسمي.
المعدات المستخدمة بعد التسليم.
قطع الغيار المتضررة من سوء التركيب أو الاستخدام.
المكونات الكهربائية أو الإلكترونية بعد فتحها أو تركيبها.
المنتجات المباعة في عروض تصفية أو بيع نهائي.
تخضع جميع السلع المرتجعة للفحص الفني.
في حال ثبوت التلاعب أو سوء الاستخدام، سيتم رفض طلب الاستبدال أو الاسترداد.
الإلغاء قبل 24 ساعة: لا يتم فرض أي رسوم.
الإلغاء خلال أقل من 24 ساعة: خصم %25 رسوم خدمة.
إذا بدأت الخدمة وتوقفت بطلب العميل، تُحسب تكلفة الأعمال المنجزة فقط.
تغطي منتجات كوبتشين عيوب التصنيع ضمن ضمان محدود.
لا يشمل الضمان الأضرار الناتجة عن الاستخدام الخاطئ أو سوء الصيانة.
تُطبق هذه السياسة وفقاً لقانون حماية المستهلك الإماراتي رقم 15 لسنة 2020.
ولا تُقيد الحقوق القانونية للمستهلك بأي شكل.
